
Kayla Bartsch
Associate Program Officer
Kayla Bartsch serves as an Associate Program Officer of The Carob Trust. Through this role, she works to advance ideas and organizations that uphold Carob's mission.
Kayla has long been interested in preserving the institutions that form the bedrock of our democratic republic. She is particularly invested in the rehabilitation of civic education at American universities and colleges.
Before joining Carob, Kayla wrote on higher education, politics, and culture as a Buckley Fellow at National Review. Previously, she worked for Hudson Institute Political Studies, a fellowship program that guides top undergraduates through the founding ideas of the American project.
Kayla received a BA in Philosophy and Humanities from Yale College. Her writing has appeared in National Review, Wall Street Journal, Civitas Outlook, Washington Free Beacon, and The University Bookman.
